Citroën SM

The Citroën SM is a front-drive grand tourer made by Citroën in France from 1970 to 1975. Its weirdest quirk: The headlights turn with the steering, and the power steering pulls itself back to centre even when the car is standing still.

Citroën bought Maserati, put a Maserati V6 in front of the front wheels and wrapped the lot in DS-style hydraulics. Fast, beautiful and baffling.
