Citroën DS

The Citroën DS is a saloon, estate and cabriolet made by Citroën in France from 1955 to 1975. Its weirdest quirk: The brake isn't a pedal. It's a little rubber button on the floor that barely moves.

One high-pressure hydraulic system runs the suspension, the brakes, the steering and (on many cars) the gearchange. The brake is a rubber mushroom on the floor. It still looks like it was beamed in from 1990.
