McLaren F1

The McLaren F1 is a three-seat supercar made by McLaren in the United Kingdom from 1992 to 1998. Its weirdest quirk: The driver sits in the middle, front and center, with a passenger seat on each side.

Gordon Murray's carbon-fiber road car, with a BMW V12 and room for three. In 1998 a prototype set the Guinness record for the world's fastest production car at 240.1 mph.
